Happy Halloween

Kevin and I went to an adults-only halloween party thrown by someone in our neighborhood/ward and it was pretty fun. I ran the RedRock Relay with a few of the girls and I've gotten to know the rest of them since they live right by me and we all go to the same ward/church. Quite a few of the girls couldn't make it, but it was a pretty full house anyway. We played some minute to win it games and ate lots of food and there were awards for all the different costume categories. Kev wore the Harley outfit and I found a sweet Snow White dress for $2 at DI. I didn't get the full effect of Snow White because I had my hair in a ponytail all day and I couldn't let it down without it looking lame. I'm officially 35 years old now and dressing up like a princess.

I found this recipe on pinterest and it's legit. This was my bowl, as you can see I garnished a lot of cilantro into mine. :) Kevin ate his without and the kids also. Just so ya know. I thought I'd share a good thing.

Fun

 Turned out yummo! It's a chocolate-peanut butter one. It was divine. I'm not gonna lie.

 Can't remember if I posted this pic yet, but I like it. We were walking along the riverfront one day and found this little remote control airport joint. All these guys go there with their planes and helicopters and fly them all day. Sweet club, huh?

 Love going to these games. Go Salt Lake REAL!! (That's pronounced Ree-Al)

 They always hand out these yellow towels and Kevin was trying to make me look like the ultimate fan. It didn't last long. :)

We got to see One Republic perform after one of the games and our friend hooked us up with VIP stuff, so we got to be right up front and center. I was thinking this guitar player looked like Edward...only a hairier version. Don't you think?

Popcorn

We got a new little popcorn machine for our movie room. Just what I need. :) We've found that popping with coconut oil is nice. Kev ordered a bunch of packs that are pre-measured so you just dump it in the kettle, even though it's just as easy to measure the kernels on our own.

Conference Weekend

Cole was cruising around the yard in this sweet gettup between the Saturday sessions of General Conference.
