1st day of school!

Brayden's in 6th, Saydria's in 4th and Kai is in 1st. Where has the time gone? It's just Cole and me at home now! I'm also very excited that my background on this blog doesn't need to be changed from the "back to school" theme. :)

Hiking and Thanksgiving Point

50 cent ice cream cones at Thanksgiving Point. Nuff said. Brayden and his friend Ezra were doing a dinosaur dig at this time, so we took a break and waited for them. Lucky us!

Our kiddos at Stewart Falls. We hiked here Saturday morning and it was a fun hike! It's about 3.5 miles round-trip and it was not steep and it was clearly marked. It was cool when we got close because we could hear the falls. Before we knew it, we were feeling mist! It felt so awesome! We stayed in the falls area for a while and played, even though the water was ice cold, it just felt great!

Just before the game started. It was so much fun! Anytime the ball goes foul, they toss the ball to the players near the dugout and one of them either tosses it to the kids or just hands it to them. Brayden was able to get one tossed to him last night. It was pretty entertaining to see all a swarm of kids run to the players everytime there was a foul or a fly caught in the outfield. We will definitely be making it to more of their games since we have passes, they did not disappoint.

Little Girls Night In

The 3 Amigas having a good time in my bathroom. They found every lotion, shampoo, conditioner, nailpolish and any other girly thing to pull out for the event.

I think Abby has the better end of the deal. She's getting her hair washed by Saydria...

while simultaneously getting her toes painted by Mackenzie. Nice. I need to jump in here somewhere!! They have been having many nights like these since school starts back up the 23rd.

Manti Pageant

This was before the show obviously. We had a great time this night with Kai and Amy Davis and their kiddos. The kids had fun before the show going around and meeting some of the character and seeing their costumes. We really loved the pageant!

Las Vegas

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas...except if you have a blog. :) Kevin's sister Jen and her family moved to Vegas so we decided to make a trip there. Kevin and I got away a night and had reservations at MGM, but they overbooked due to a computer glitch and moved us to the Platinum Hotel, gave us some cash to play with and vouchers to get some fun, fruity drinks. We tried watermelon juice and neither of us liked it nearly as well as the watermelon drink with the coconut milk from Hawaii!!
