Saying goodbye

I had to take a picture of Cole here. He was placing the stethoscope on my chest and saying, "Take a deep breath." Then he was putting it on my back and saying the same thing. It was really cute. He was so serious.
Kai enjoying a little local frozen custard, Whit's. We are finding ourselves there more and more lately. It's been especially nice lately now that we can sit outside and eat it.

This is Saydria with her friend Elle. Elle and her family stayed with us for a week before they moved to Texas. Saydria loves Elle, we have spent the last 4 Thanksgivings with their family and many weekends in between. Elle and Saydria spent many a nights up playing with dolls and dressing up. They are such good little momies! I remember them making beds for the dolls at the hotel and even going out on the balcony of our room and just sitting out there with their dolls and swaddling them. Saydria will definitely miss this little girl. We know we'll meet up with them again someday. (Kevin grew up with Elle's dad.)

Kevin made a rocket launcher for the kids out of PVC pipe and we took it to our friends' house to launch it with their kids and here's their really big "kid" spraying Cole with water! Cole was running back and forth to get him self sprayed. We used the water to fill the 2 liter bottles up and send them flying high with the rocket launcher. The kids love it!

This is Brayden and Pyper, Elle's big sister. Pyper and Brayden have known each other since they were babies! They saw each other again when when they were 3 years old and then their family moved to Ohio when Brayden and Pyper were going into Kindergarten. They've had a good time hanging out, playing games, going fishing, swimming, ice skating, wrestling, going to Pyper's dance competitions and doing everything else that kids love doing together. Pyper will be missed. Thank goodness for blogs, huh? :)

Kelly and I must think alike, because I too thought you were signing of forever! Then again, who am I to talk? This is my first foray into blogland for weeks!

Good to be back - and good to see you're still here!

(Hey, I found Rebecca Cheney, and she's on my list of followers. You should totally go and surprise her!)
